[Sample3] Original 目標血中濃度を介した投与設計戦略は本質的には以前より臨床の中で培われてきたものであるが，それらを体系化し業務に応用していく中で母集団薬物動態モデルを中心に据えた TDM の有用性が明らかとなった。 薬物の投与が考慮される段階から TDMが始まるという観点が積極的な薬物療法への関与を可能とし，最適な TDM 実施計画および個別的至適投与設計により，精度の高い TDM サービスが提供できるようになった。教育においても母集団薬物動態モデルを活用することにより実際の業務の中から TDM の本質を学生に理解させることが容易となった。また既存の母集団薬物動態モデルの評価により予測性の限界が検証された。 |
The strategy of drug administration using target blood concentration has been developed through our clinical experiences. Since this method has become systematic and applied over all our tasks, it has become empirically obvious that TDM based on the concept of the population pharmacokinetic model is effective. A viewpoint that TDM should begin while drug administration is still under consideration enabled us to take an active part in pharmacotherapy. An accurate TDM service could be provided by an optimal TDM operating plan together with an appropriate drug administration plan for individuals. In our educational program, students could use population pharmacokinetic model and easily understand the essence of TDM through the actual example. The limits of prediction were established by assessment of existing population pharmacokinetic model. |
